This policy explains what information Kerb Remote Barbers ("we", "us") collects when you use this website or book a service, and how we use it. We're a mobile barbering service, and we take your privacy seriously.

What we collect

When you make a booking, we collect:

• Your name and phone number
• Your address (so we know where to come for your appointment)
• Any notes or reference photos you choose to upload
• Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we do not see or store your full card details

Why we collect it

We use this information only to:

• Confirm and carry out your booking
• Contact you about your appointment (timing, questions, changes)
• Keep basic records for our own scheduling and business purposes

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it's stored

Booking details are received and stored via Netlify Forms (our website hosting provider) and Stripe (our payment provider). Both are established providers with their own security and data protection measures.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details for as long as reasonably necessary for record-keeping and tax purposes, typically no longer than a few years, after which they may be deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (where we're not required to keep it for legal reasons). To make a request, get in touch using the contact details on our Terms page.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any technical data stored is limited to what's needed to process bookings and payments.
